What is it about?
If we are successful, then each of us has worked on it and contributed to it. So, it's only fair that we give our employees a share of the profits. And when employees celebrate an anniversary or a milestone birthday, we not only congratulate them, we also give them a gift.
What do I get out of it?
- Employees share in our success because we firmly believe that our success is only possible together. (Special rules apply to sales employees, because they receive a performance-related bonus in addition to their salary).
- The management decides each year shortly before the end of the year whether to pay out a profit-sharing bonus. The amount paid out increases the longer one is with ELATEC.
- Employees are also shown appreciation in the form of gifts or vouchers for special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, births)—and of course appreciation is also felt in their day-to-day work.
- Behind the vouchers are many different providers from which employees can choose, so there is something for everyone. When selecting the providers, we also made sure to include regional and sustainable stores and not just big-box stores and Amazon.
