What is it all about?

It starts with the signing of the contract—from then on you are one of us! Usually, a little time passes before a new colleague actually starts his or her first day at work. In the meantime, we stay in touch. And we are already working in the background to ensure that new employees can get off to the best possible start when they finally join us. This includes an individual orientation plan tailored to the position—so they have what they need right from the start. Employees are also assigned a personal mentor who supports them during their induction and is available to answer any questions they may have, in addition to their professional contacts. We can hardly wait!

What do I get out of it?

  • As a new colleague, you are—and feel—part of our team right from the start.
  • Employees receive an individual orientation plan so that they can quickly find their way around and hit the ground running. Supervisors and colleagues are always available to answer questions.
  • Employees are assigned a mentor who is available to answer any other questions and help with any problems they may have. 
  • In initial feedback meetings, you can discuss mutual expectations and bring up topics that are important to you.
