More time for the family
What is it about?
You can’t always plan for everything—especially when you have children and a family. To ensure our employees can be there for important family events, we grant them special leave. And to help them balance work and family life during unforeseen circumstances, we also support them in situations that are often impossible to prepare for.
What do I get out of it?
- You can take up to 10 days off per year if your child gets sick. This allows you to take care of your child without worry, while your full salary continues to be deposited into your account.
- Employees are also entitled to up to 10 days of paid leave per year to care for close family members (provided the family member has been assigned a care level).
- One day of special leave is available for the first day of school or the orientation day at daycare.
- We consider December 24 and 31 to be family time, which is why these days also count as full vacation days.
